We provide Nepal Rolwaling trek information and Rolwaling trek itinerary. Trek to Rolwaling starts after driving 150 km. east of Kathmandu. Rolwaling Trek Nepal is famous for Cho Rolpa Glacier Lake (4540m), high route through Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m) and its diverse culture.


Day By Day Itinerary

Day 01 Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and welcome dinner in the evening

Day 02 Drive east to Charikot/Dolakha (130 km / 7 hours), camp in Dolakha (1951m).

Day 03 Dolakha - Ratmate - Malepu - Sigati (950m), down to Ratmate
And then walk straight along the bank of river to Sigati - 3 hours

Day 04 Sigati - Bharle - Suridobhan - Jamune - Tatopani- Manthali - Jagat, walk Along the river of Bhotekosi - 3 hours

Day 05 Jagat - Gongo Khola - Chhyot - Simi Guano (1950m), straight walk up to Chhyot and cross the bridge & straight up to SIMM Guano - 4 hours

Day 06 SIMM Guano - Jungle - Bumming gad - Kettering - Colette - Donning, walk to Bumming straight and then slightly up to Kettering & straight to Donning (only two small hotels) - 5 hours.

Day 07 Donning - Thanking - Samara - Chhumugokhe - Chhangma - Bheding Gaun (3690m), walk straight to Thanding & then 10 minutes walk up to Samdar. A temple of god Shiva is located in Samdar & walk straight to Pheding. Up to Pheding teahouse facilities available - 5 hours.

Day 08 Bheding - Na - Chodalpa (4540m), Straight to Na and then climb up to Chodalpa - 3 hours.

Day 09 Chodalpa - Dorokpa (Tashi Lapcha Basecamp), straight up to Dorokpa.

Day 10 Dorokpa - Naile Phukpa, walk straight up two hours and then three hours just straight to Naile Phukpa (Cave).

Day 11 Naile Phukpa - Thame (3790m) - 6 Hrs.

Day 12 Thame - Namche Bazar (3446m) - 6 Hrs.

Day 13 Namche Bazar - Lukla (2860m) - 6 Hrs.

Day 14 Lukla - Kathmandu, fly for 45 minutes from Lukla.

Day 15 Rest day in Kathmandu.

Day 16 Depart. From hotel, transfer to Airport.
